ReCONNECT is a multicultural community helping its participants gain healthy and better lifestyles by connecting with others. Its employees and volunteers look for your best interest, and even speak other languages like English, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, and Arabic.
Members of this program are given different activities made specially to satisfy their needs and personal interests.
